Technology has never been the destination for Santthosh Purmani. From the beginning of his career, he has viewed it as a business instrument, valuable only when it accelerates growth, sharpens operations, reduces risk, and creates outcomes that organizations can measure long after implementation.

As Chief Information Officer and IT Managing Director, Santthosh defines the enterprise technology strategy behind ConnexR and its parent company, RSA Tech Group. He leads AI adoption, enterprise architecture, cloud modernization, and global technology operations, helping organizations move beyond isolated AI initiatives toward operating models where strategy, governance, data, and execution function as one system. Under his leadership, the client portfolio has been repositioned from mid-tier services work to strategic technology partnerships with midmarket and enterprise organizations.

Beyond client engagements, Santthosh is the co-founder of LeoRix AI, an enterprise AI platform that unifies business systems, automates operations, and transforms fragmented enterprise data into actionable intelligence. He was also the co-founder of PostWyse, an AI-powered platform designed to streamline enterprise content planning, creation, and multi-channel publishing through intelligent automation.

His contributions to enterprise AI have been recognized through O-1A classification, awarded to individuals with extraordinary ability, and through published work exploring AI-first architecture, intelligent automation, enterprise governance, and digital transformation in publications including The Good Men Project, Analytics Insight, and TechBullion.
