Having spent more than seven years with RSA Tech Group, including the last three as Director of Global Operations, Vijay has played a central role in building the delivery framework that powers ConnexR today. Earlier roles in technical recruiting and enterprise account management with Axelon Services Corporation, Gemini Consulting & Services, and Astir IT Solutions shaped a leadership philosophy that continues to define his approach: operational excellence begins with people before it becomes process.

Today he oversees global delivery operations, resource strategy, quality management, performance governance, and execution across multiple delivery centers and international time zones. His focus is creating delivery organizations that remain predictable under pressure, resilient at scale, and aligned to the governance expectations of enterprise and regulated industries.
